eSales presentations will include your business
information (contact information, email id etc) and can support your
policy statements (e.g. - terms and conditions) and customer support (e.g.
- F.A.Q). To configure business information
setting, Click- Menu - Utilities - Business
Information Settings to open Business Information Window.
Fill the following information:
General
Business Name (*) - compulsory input
Address details (address, tel, fax, web address, fax, contact person)
- optional
Email Id (*) - compulsory
Short Description of your business
Terms and Conditions
User has option to provide its terms and
conditions as:
- web URL of its page stating terms and
conditions OR
- external document, available with eSales
presentation for download / view
Select your option and provide the web URL path
or browse the external file to be included in application for future
use
F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions)
User can enhance its viewer's experience
with your customer support, by providing built-in FAQ as:
- web URL of its page showing FAQ OR
- external document, available with eSales
presentation for download / view
