Presentation Pages general setting in terms of
page width and alignment setting. (if user chooses fixed
standard width of all presentation pages, it can also select
page alignment - center or left alignment )

Presentation page footer setting (format setting
like border / color / content format). It is used in gateway
page.

Presentation Page header format (gateway page re
editing, remaining presentation pages) - Header format is very
important, as this will be provided on all pages. Ideally, it
must include enterprise name, logo, and navigation links to
template integrated presentation pages.
(these header content must be provided in html tags without
<header> and <body> tags)
