Sales Enquiry Management and Tracking

To manage sales enquiry,  click    at  quick toolbar -  or Click- Menu - eBusiness - Sales Enquiry Manager to open Customer Offering Viewer  Window.

This window has the following major work areas:

• Customer Offer Browser (to select customer from drop down selection list and then to select specific offer from the customer specific offer list stating offer No and offer date)
• Specific Offer details in thumbnail pane (showing thumbnail view of products, product details like name, code, quantity, rate and amount)
• Specific product's detail pane (showing entire details as per product info card)
• Selection basket for emailing / printing etc

Using Customer Offer Viewer window, user can:

• Quick tracking of past offers / quotations

To view the offer, first select customer from drop down selection list and then  select specific offer from the customer specific offer list (stating offer No and offer date). Upon selection of specific offer, its product list will be displayed in thumbnail pane.

To quickly view specific product details  - select the product from thumbnail pane. Upon selection, its details are displayed in product detail pane.

• Create new sales offer

  User can create new offer from Customer Offer Viewer window,  from digital catalog window or search window. To create new offer, firstly user is required to select products by inserting them into selection basket (drag / drop products from thumbnail pane to selection basket).

  Then click or click Menu - eBusiness - New Offer

 Upon clicking, button / menu- a new window will open with selected customer and products. Click How to make new sales offer / quotation to learn to make new offer. and follow the procedure.

• Edit selected sales offer

To view the offer, first elect customer from drop down selection list and then  select specific offer from the customer specific offer list (stating offer No and offer date).

Then click   to open offer window. User may edit the existing offer (insert more products, remove products from existing offer, modify product details and offer details. Click sales offer / quotation window to learn to edit / view existing offer.

• Delete Selected offer

To delete exisitng offer, first elect customer from drop down selection list and then  select specific offer from the customer specific offer list (stating offer No and offer date).

Then click  to delete selected offer. Application will raise delete warning. Click Yes to delete and No to skip deletion.

 

• Thumbnail pane actions (available for specific product of selected sales offer)
  
  Select any specific product from thumbnail pane, and now you may view its info card, larger view, print selected offer, print selected offer products' graphics.
   
  • click to see product details (editing not allowed from this window)
     
  • click to see large size of product graphics
     
  • click to print selected customer offer
     
  • click to print only product graphics of a selected offer

• Print sales offer and its product graphics

For selected customer offer (through customer offer browser pane), click the followings from thumbnail pane

• click to print selected customer offer
   
• click to print only product graphics of a selected offer

 

• Make digitally distributable eOffer

eOffer facilitates digitally distributable offline browse web like offer with facilities (quotation sheet with product graphics, product detail pages, customer response sheet, online electronic order link for product and web link to product detail page of web catalog).

To create eOffer:

• select specific customer offer from customer offer browser pane
   
• click to start creating eOffer
   
• Upon clicking, application will check for any previously created eOffer (you may also see from presentation manager window). If it finds any previous instance, it will ask user to either rebuild eOffer with default theme setting or build with the existing theme (of previous instance).
   
• Application has powerful presentation management window to create new eOffer. please refer separate help page to learn powerful and easy way of creating new eOffer.

• Quick email making of selection basket items

For quick emailing product graphics with product info card, drag and drop products from thumbnail pane to selection basket. and then create quick mail by clicking Menu - File -Email

 Click for quick reference on email configuration and creating email.

• Build MS Excel driven quotation / offer

Select specific offer from browse offer list and click Menu - eSales Presentation - Catalog in MS Excel - Customer Offer in MS Excel (To run this feature, User must have MS Excel XP version installed)

Upon clicking, program will build MS Excel file for quotation / offer.
