Vevo! eSales not only builds presentation,
but also facilitates user to review its existing presentations and
make necessary modifications.

Click Menu - eSales
Presentation -
Presentation Management
or click button at quick bar
to start the process.

Clicking the above, will open Presentation Management
Window
Browse Presentation Pane- all presentations are further
segregated into interactive catalog, eOffer, eAlbum, Catalog
Supplements and Sales Campaign. User may see presentations
created earlier under each category. From
this window, eOffer and eAlbum can not be edited for new
products insertion or removal of products therein; These
things can be handled through their parent window (eAlbum and
eOffer products are rigidly based upon products/contents in
specific album and specific offer respectively). Yes, user can
customize theme and design options for both of them in eOffer
and eAlbum from this window.
Categorized Navigation- User can view its
thumbnail pane for the criterion selected in this pane (All
products, or selected category / sub category)
How to customize and manage presentation?

Select Presentation from existing Presentation list
(browse presentation pane)

Upon presentation selection, thumbnail pane is
filled by presentation products for selected category /
sub category.
-
User can navigate presentation products for specific
presentation, by selecting category / sub category (browse
category pane)
-
presentation products can be previewed using
thumbnail pane's navigation.
-
User can build new presentation (only iCatalog, Sales Campaign
and Catalog Supplements)
from presentation management window:
-
Select the type of new presentation from
browse presentation pane.

Click button New
OR click Menu - eSales Presentation - (respective
presentation)
-
program will open
new presentation window wherein, user may fill inputs,
select presentation products and build new presentation.

For selected presentation, user can :
-
Edit Presentation (including presentation
products)
- To edit, presentation details, email id and/or include / remove
presentation products:
-
Select Presentation from browse Presentation
Pane and click button edit presentation
OR click Menu - Presentation - Presentation Operations -
Edit Presentation

program will open
create / edit presentation wizard wherein, user may
modify inputs, presentation products presentation and update
presentation.

Delete Presentation
-
Remove Presentation Products
-
Select Presentation Products from Thumbnail Pane
and click button remove presentation products
-
program will warn the user for such
deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to
skip the deletion.

Remove presentation Products of selected
category / sub category

Select category / sub category from
Browse Category Pane and click button
-
program will warn the user for such
deletion. Click Yes to complete deletion and Click No to
skip the deletion.

Upon deletion, all presentation products of
specified category / sub category will be removed from
presentation

Preview published presentation (only
if it is once published). If the program does not
find the previously published presentation at the path, it was
published earlier; it will not display preview. To preview the
previously published presentation .

Click preview presentation

if, available, the program will open the
published presentation in new explorer window.

Preview theme of presentation. The program
facilitates presentation customized theme management to suit
presentation objectives and enterprise identity.

Integrate Customized Theme for
presentation User can integrate
presentation theme for the selected presentation. There are
few sample templates provided with the applications. User can
build its own theme in line with template guideline structure
and integrate to presentation or change to new theme setting
by clicking Theme setting button
from presentation management. Upon clicking
Theme Window will open. User is then, required to follow
the process in Theme window.

Customized design setting for Presentation to suit enterprise needs
To customize / configure design settings from
Presentation
Management Window, select presentation from browse
presentation pane and
then click Design Options Button

Management - Theme Setting
Upon clicking,
Design Setting Window will open. User then, may configure
its presentation's design and features settings.

Customized gateway page Presentation to suit enterprise needs
Gateway page is usually the page, which presentation viewer's
visitor gets to see first. For eSales Presentations and
eCampaign presentation, program facilitates to build business
purpose gateway page.
To customize / configure gateway page settings from
Presentation
Management Window, select presentation from browse
presentation pane and
then click Gateway Page Button
or Menu - eSales Presentation -Presentation
Management - Gateway Page Setting
Upon clicking,
Gateway Page Setting Window will open. User then, may
configure its presentation's design and features settings.

User must select existing presentation from
browse presentation mode and then click below to publish
